RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Primarily responsible for freight / import duty / customs clearance
account payables.
* Prepare payables vouchers, check withholding tax code and rate, GL
accounts, cost centers etc.
* Prepare supporting documents for payable vouchers and payments.
* Follow-up the original tax invoices from vendors, consolidate and
pass to tax team by weekly.
* Prepare month-end closing journal entries (accrual, reclass and
adjustment).
* Coordinate with BOI team to refund import duty and VAT.
* Work with logistics and trade compliance team to ensure accuracy of
invoices, import/export entries,
air waybills etc.
* Act as a point of contact if there are inquiries from suppliers.
* Performing other related duties as assigned
* Support global projects (if have).
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Thai Nationality.
* Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
* Experience **Apply on the website** years in accounts payable.
* Good understanding of Withholding Tax and VAT.
* Good command of written and spoken English.
* Proficient in Oracle would be advantage.
* Details oriented, work well under pressure and commit to deadline.
* Microsoft Excel (PIVOT, VLOOKUP)
* Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and
high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
* Ability to learn, adapt and work as a team.
* Good and Can-do attitude.
